Henri Bardouin de Forcalquier pastis surprises more than one, as the presence of 65 aromatic plants makes it fine, elegant and very balanced.
Tasting advice: Its first anise note then gives way to aromas of plants and then spices.
Served as an aperitif, this terrine will surprise your guests. Plan several verrines if children are present: they love it. The discovery and safe learning of our southern flavors are also valid for the older ones!
The Bardouin pastis terrine is also comfortable at the center of a mixed plate, possibly accompanied by a slice of Banon PDO.
Ingredients: Hautes-Alpes pork (raised in compliance with the Mountain Indication specifications), pork liver, poultry liver, Pastis de Provence 3%, salt, spices, aromatic plants.
All the ingredients except a part of the spices are of French origin.
