Duck terrine with Figs from Solliès-Pont PDO

The Solliès-Pont figs are harvested between August 15 and November 15 in a narrow area of the Var, made up of a dozen rural communes.
Particularly renowned for its subtlety, the Solliès fig has an elegant, not very intense nose with vegetal and fruity notes of watermelon, white melon and strawberry. The palate is full with the characteristic acidulous and sweet balance, crunchy then melting, with intense vegetal, fruity aromas and floral notes.
Tasting advice: This terrine is perfect as an accompaniment to a mixed greens salad flavored with a drizzle of olive oil
Ingredients: Hautes-Alpes pork (raised in compliance with the Mountain Indication specifications), duck meat, pork liver, poultry liver, Solliès PDO figs 10%, salt, fig liqueur, spices, aromatic plants.
All the ingredients except a part of the spices are of French origin.
Homemade gluten-free terrine, no eggs, no additives.
