Grown in Drôme Provençale, Nyons olives belong to the tench variety.
Only 125,000 olive trees are used to produce them. Testified in the region since the beginning of our era, olive growing in Nyons is an old story. The Nyons olive has an extraordinary taste richness that we wanted to celebrate.
Our Nyons olive terrine highlights its aromas of hazelnut, almond, cut hay and apple.

Ideally served on a salad, it can also be served as an aperitif in the form of mini crusts from the oven five minutes before.
Ingredients: Hautes-Alpes pork (raised in compliance with the Mountain Indication specifications), pork liver, poultry liver, Nyons PDO olives 8%, capers, garlic, salt, spices, spices.
All the ingredients except a part of the spices are of French origin.
