Olive oil naturally flavored with citrus fruits (75% Orange, lemon 25%). Fresh fruit is mixed with olives. When crushed, we get a paste of olive and citrus we knead so that the oil impregnates all the aromas of fruit.

The oil we will extract from this dough will be rich with all the aromas of lemons and oranges. This sweet and fragrant oil blends perfectly with fish, vegetables and especially for success of small pastry with a silky texture.
