This olive cream is made from olives and PDO olive oil.

A subtle blend that combines the candied aromas of the olive with the almond and artichoke notes of the oil.

Ingredients: Black olives, extra virgin olive oil, untreated sea salt.

NO COLORS, PRESERVATIVES, OR GLUTEN CONTAINS

NO ANCHOVIES OR CAPERS.

Serving: On toast, in your dishes and salads. Aromas: Main aromas of candied fruit, candied cherries, kirsch, and aged leather. Very slight bitterness.

Storage: Refrigerate after opening. A drizzle of olive oil on top will prevent the product from drying out.
