HISTORY

Since 1902, five generations of the PINATEL family have passed on responsibility for a natural heritage and the secret of exceptional olive oil.

The rocks of the penitents have watched over our village for more than a thousand years. Their legend is at the heart of our history. This vintage also has its part of mystery.

An ancestral production of Picholine and Tanche olives gives it an amazing sweetness and complex flavors revealed by a light cooking.

Besides the aromas of black olive, delicate aromas of red fruit jam make this oil a precious secret ingredient for your desserts. It also accommodates your salads, sauces, meats or fish… Organic olive oil simply ideal for cooking.
