Since May 2010, the workshop boutique has opened in the Mane artisanal zone. Organic syrups made from berries, fruits, plants, and spices, 100% natural to delight young and old. Working with plant materials, chosen for their flavor qualities through wild harvests or in collaboration with local, regional, or sometimes international producers, offers the opportunity to enhance a botanical heritage, to create, and to evolve in the search for new flavors. From harvesting to manufacturing, the picker's syrups help you rediscover the virtues of taste. In a constant effort to obtain the best flavors, the berries and fruits are cold-pressed. The plants and spices are processed through infusions, decoctions, macerations, or distillations.
